Icons are like demi-gods. Actually, they are representatives of physical
things (i.e. the Sun). Gods mostly represent human emotion, or states of being; while Icons represent things instead of being them. Hypothetically, there are an infinite amount of Icons and Gods, but only some are worth recognizing. The Icon of Fire: Calal (Pronounced: Cay-lahl) is worthier of recognition than the Icon of Lakes: Sam (Pronounced: Same). Some Icons hold an enormous amount of power, enough to have their own Sub-Sect; others don't.
