Iulhu [Pronounced: Yul-hoo] is the goddess of Cruelty. She lives in Kumin'ono, in a castle made of bones from the
living. She flies around Earth as a Raven. She looks for someone to torment, when she finds one, she begins sending Mōn after the person. Their Uye will die slowly, and after they die, she will take the outline of their bones. When she has enough, she adds to her palace. Iulhu roams Earth during the day, because the moon will outline her true form: a winged monster with a lower half of a horse, and the upper half of a woman. Iulhu, unfortunately, can break barriers that protect from Dark Luck.
