The Language of the Gods

The language of Agmin'on is an incredibly complex one, and therefore, I will only give you the fundamentals. Below you will find the table for the spoken language.

There are rules and exception, like every language, but you will, at least, get a basic grasp of how to speak Agmin.

The letters in this part of the language must be spoken to spell out the word you wish to say. That is why this is mainly used ONLY for words with three syllables or less. You may notice that the chart is missing several English letters. The letter Kk has been merged into Cc, as has Qq. Xx has been merged with Zz (the Xylophone sound- the X-ray sound has gone...missing). You may also notice that the TH sound and CH sound have been given their own sounds so the language is consolidated.

Hello = Yiatmemeru [Yi-at-me-me-ru: The sounds for H E L L O]
Dog = Xirusa [Xi-ru-sa: The sounds for D O G]
And so on...

The langugae also has a written form, but since it is most hard to get it on the website, at this time I cannot include it. Sorry.

Ancient Calendar

There is a calendar that Agmin folk used to use. Unfortunately it's glory was lost within the current and the Julian calendar was chosen over it. Here is a simple copy of the calendar for traditionalists. Some holidays from the Julian calendar are on the Agmin calendar, and they are accurately translated to it too. Agmin also has its own holidays, and they have been placed on these calendars as well.

Myhr

Myhr (Pronounced: Myur) is goddess of the wilderness. She can take the form of three possible bodies:

The Moon
A Tree (Not the Trees, Just One out of any on Earth)
A Firefly

Being that she can be any one of these things, it is strictly forbidden to

harm any. Not that harming the tree that she was would kill her, just disgruntle her. She has the potential to protect some of the wild, and it is suspected that wolves are her watchmen. Therefore, if a wolf is encountered then there are two possibilities:

The Wolf is Obvyx
The Wolf is Watchman for Myhr.

So as you might extrapolate, it is also forbidden to harm wolves. If Myhr takes the form of a Firefly, then she is

most likely scouting for herself. As the Moon, she wishes to look over her entire domain. Please note, Myhr is not the Moon. She simply takes on the appearance of the Moon. Also, Myhr can live in any part of Earth, wherever there is greenery, making it impossible to find her. Myhr is also the most worshiped deity. She is hailed as the "creator of Earth" because of her symbols. This title is false because of the Origin.

Gakoh

Gakoh (Pronounced: Gah-koe) is the god of silence. You know that awkward silence that occurs when you try

to say something? Gakoh might be at work there. He is the most mischievous of the deities. Gakoh also sets in when you have nightmares. He is the one producing these night terrors and then placing them in your head. On Earth, Gakoh can appear as a cloud in the sky or a star in space. Like all others, it is impossible to tell which one is him. Also, being that Gakoh is immature and mischievous he can easily sway, distract, or divert the Mōn throught trickery. Gakoh is worshipped in order to have maximum protection against Mōn, not to have a mature deity. Gakoh is typically favored for those attributes. When celebrating Gakoh, celebrations are typically exotic, festive, and long.

Dzur

Dzur (Pronounced: Duh-zur) is the god of anarchy. He has no form, nothing that distinguishes him

from anything. He is just...there. He is represented by sand because sand has no form, it just moves however it pleases. Another analogy that could be made between Dzur and sand is that sand wears away surfaces, and Dzur wears away order. Naturally, it is required to have possession of sand if you follow Dzur. Dzur also presides over uprisings like rebellions, arguments, etcetera. He presides in the form of water. Somewhere, when there is an uprising, any sign of anarchism, water is there and so is Dzur. He however, cannot preside over every uprising. Immediate condemning by Dzur will follow if his followers support Rhm, the goddess of law and order. Of all the deities, Dzur has the most complex background.

Dahui

Dahui is most definitely worth mentioning. She rules over the three after-worlds. For each world she takes a different

bodily appearance.
Tomani is the persona that Dahui takes on in Wji. She appears as an old man with a beard. The beard is braided into three parts, to signify the three planes that make up the Afterlife. Tomani is a just warrior who wields a gold axe and a rusty shield.

Jhuvwin is the persona that Dahui takes on when she is ruling Koka'to. Jhuvwin [Pronounced: Joo-vuh-win] is a meek old lady that wields a staff. On the tip of the staff is a beautiful stone that allows the deceased Uye to see their living relatives. Jhuvwin keeps order through underestimation. Many Huimi underestimate her, and when they attempt to penetrate Koka'to's barrier she repels them with Kui and positive energy.

Whembwi [Pronounced: Wem-buh-wee] is the persona that Dahui takes on in Kumin'ono. She is a fierce horned woman with scaly skin and bat-like wings. She carries a spiked whip that is tipped with negative energy channeled as pain. whips all of the deceased Uyes until they are laden with fiery scars. She's a tormentor and is by far the meanest deity ever. She is a masochistic woman that needs not demand respect because everyone gives it to her habitually.

Obvyx

Obvyx (pronouced Ob-vix) is the god of portrayal. He portrays sentient states of being by

taking on forms of various animals. No one animal is Obvyx, it could be any or all of that species. All other deities are simply different forms of Obvyx, so, in a way, Agmin'on has one god, though each deity is considered separarte from the others. Listed below are Obvyx's various forms and their significance.

Fox... Wisdom

Serpent... Deception

Owl... Sight

Hawk... Fury

Falcon... Freedom

Butterfly... Serenity

Rat... Death

Wolf... Mystery

Some of Obvyx's forms may need explaining. Sight is being able to see someone's true motives, whether they are good or bad. Fury is when one is angry and takes it out upon another, the hawk symbolizes this happening in the past, present, or future. Mystery is when one will be at peace with themself. Mystery comes in the form of the wolf, and if the wolf does not attack you, take it as a blessing. All other portrayals should be very straightforward; however, Death isn't a foretelling or a past occurance, Death is confused with being bad, but Obvyx doesn't always mean it in that way.

This is new religion that brings old ideas forward with a new face. Numerous gods, and goddesses, icons and sects,

Lalāc (Pronounced: Lah-lake) is perfect for those seeking a spiritual path of betterment, that will not affect daily life too drastically. The Dictator-of-DOOM (commonly referred to as DoD) is the administrator of this site. All too often, "cult" is associated with the devil (satanism), the cult of Agmin'on is in no way affiliated with. This religion holds close ties to nature, and would more accurately be paired with Buddhism or Taoism.

The High Tenets

The High Tenets are a group of religious laws that must never be broken under any circumstances. They bypass all other laws, whether they be

a deity's or a moral. The High Tenets are guaranteed to give you a pass to Kumin'ono if broken and when broken the breaker can never be re-accepted into Agmin'on or any sects. Although it seems unfair, it is not. The breaker is still a human who is equal in status, but they are banned from the cult. Being banned from the cult also means that the reincarnation process ceases.

1...Murder

Murder is strictly forbidden and it is the firmest Tenet. It has remained in place since the origination of Agmin'on. This Tenet protects everything, it is not limited to

humans. This is a Tenet that forbids the murder of any living thing, though the murder of another human is the absolute worst. Varying from creature to creature and whether or not it was murdered out of spite, anger, or accidentally, the punishment can be less severe than another. The murder of a human or animal that has been domesticated by a human is punishable by permanent banishment. Murder of a sacred animal of Agmin'on is punishable the same way. Any animal or thing that is representative of a deity is also punishable by banishment. Though secular law sees the murder of another human (or humans) as punishable by death and does not even consider animals an equal, the High Tenet surpasses it in the religion. Also, the secular punishment is leading to more murder and it is a chain reaction, therefore this Tenet must surpass secular law. However, there are exceptions. Being that humans are natural predators on Earth, killing an animal and using its materials for food, clothing, shelter, etcetera, is acceptable. Accidentally killing another (meaning that you did not see its presence and recognize that it would be killed, or it was killed in a way that was unable to be foretold) is not punishable. Truth is seen in the eyes of the deities and you cannot hide.

2...Zealotry

Zealotry is often an overlooked subject in terms of religion. Agmin'on members must remain humble and silenced. Bragging about your beliefs or forcing them down

upon someone is strictly forbidden. Religion is a journey for one's self. Many popularly known Christian groups walk to peoples' homes to ask if they'd like a Bible. This is completely frowned upon in Agmin'on. Absolutely no one should be pressured into believing in a religion. Although religion must spread, it is not through this way. Religious wars to conquer and install religious beliefs in another area is blasphemous to the Agmin gods and goddesses. War and violence only brings that, war and violence. People will believe what they want, when they want to.

Reincarnation

After the Uye has chosen a life in the Afterworld, the dead Human will be reincarnated into another body. They

will have a new life, Uye, Nuye, etcetera. If their former persona led a good life of:

Little Greed

Philanthropy
Etcetera; the new body will be born into a good position. They will be given much, but stay generous. If

their former body led an evil life then they will be born into a low position and will need to work to achieve wealth. Hypothetically speaking, a person could be reincarnated from the BC's, but there is no proof of this. It is possible to stop the cycle of reincarnation by simply not wishing it before you die. All you must do is say something along the lines of "May I stay resting." And then you will be free of the burden and will not have to keep coming back. But, once said, it can never be taken back.

Past Memories

It is said that a human can remember things from their past life. It is also said that things that caused pain can be translated into phobias. There

is not "written in stone" proof, but it is believed by many people. Some people that are scared of fire believe that they were burned at the stake or simply to death in a past life. Being that there are infinite reincarnated bodies, unless the cycle was halted, it is more likely than not that a person can remember bits and pieces.

Some have taken it so far to say that the Uye of a past body transmits messages because it is still existent. Others say that the Uye is "recycled" and used in the new

body. Some may never know if the Uye can speak to the living from the dead.

No matter the afterlife your Uye chooses to live, you will always be reincarnated as another human being.

However, if you led a bad life, you will be reincarnated into a bad position and will be forced to make what you can of it; and vica-versa for leading a good life. Humans sometimes can become in touch with their past lives, but that is rare and they are usually thought to be mentally insane.

Kast is the logical, yet cynical god of myth, legend, and lore. Yet apprehensive about worship, so humble as he is, this deity is one of the few who could destroy

the religion if he was not present. Kast is the archivist of types, one that catologues the religious and mythical happenings of all sects, not just Agmin'on. That is why he is a universal god in the religion. Kast is made out to have a warped sense of humor, yet a harmless one. Although he has no sect in Agmin'on, he is still able to be worshiped in a variety of ways. Message DoD if you are interested.

Qyx (Pronounced: Kix) is the god of creativity. He could be compared to a

muse. He is the god that gives you those ideas that pop into your head at the oddest times. Qyx is the god that gives people motivation to do things; and he is also the one who offers the least protection against Dark Luck. Qyx is beneficial in terms of newly kindled creativity and a god who offers the most sympathy. If you begin talking to yourself, chances are that Qyx is there, listening. He takes on the form of:

A Wildcat of Some Sort
A Rock
A Cloud
Grass

Depending upon which form he is in, Qyx will always be on Earth. By joining his sect, you are guaranteed a deity who cares, just...unable to protect adequately.
